Steve Mihalic, UPMC User Experience Designer II

Nicole is always great about designing the perfect thing for a project.
On the Web Usability team, we’ve asked Nicole for user-centered designs to improve visitor experience, and she consistently delivers bright new takes on our desktop and mobile platforms. She also guides the brainstorming feedback sessions and compiles a terrific final design.
